Scape Student Living

Scape Student Living is a modern university complex located in the heart of the city, designed to offer students a functional, safe, and comfortable environment. Its architecture combines a brick façade, large windows, and vibrant interior spaces, with each floor featuring its own aesthetic defined by contemporary colours and textures.

In this project, Orona provides the vertical mobility solutions, with elevators integrated both into the common areas and the exterior access points. The cabins, featuring clean lines and durable materials, ensure smooth and quiet travel throughout a building with intensive daily use.

An installation that enhances accessibility, comfort, and everyday living in a space designed for a new generation of students.
