I have worked for Orona for over 10 years, it's been quite a journey!
My experience at Orona
I started 10 years ago in the sales team. The role was new at the time and I enjoyed the challenge of working with the teams to shape the direction.
Looking back, I am proud to see how much progress we have made, I think of the experiences I have gained, the encouragement to succeed I have been given and the support to grow and develop my skills along the way.
Orona has a refreshingly flat structure, enabling the company to flex, adapt and progress, but also ensuring everyone has a voice to be heard.
Orona has not lost touch with the importance of close local relationships and the value working together as a team, this is a real positive within a large corporate organisation.
I enjoy working for Orona, there is a culture of inclusion and teamwork which provides an important foundation for service delivery, throughout my time here I have worked with some amazing people, been part of some fantastic teams and supported many valued customers.
